“Money Monster” Trailer Is Released!

Written by admin on January 14 2016

The trailer for next Caitriona project, Money Monster, has been released and its insane!

Money Monster stars George Clooney as a larger-than-life TV personality with a financial channel show who is taken hostage on air by a man who holds him responsible for the loss of his life savings. Jack O’Connell plays the blue-collar worker who loses everything in just nine minutes after following a stock tip that collapses.

The film reunites Clooney with “Ocean’s” co-star Julia Roberts, who plays his producer, guiding him through a real-time hostage crisis from the control room. And its directed by Jodie Foster.

“Money Monster” hits theaters March 31. Watch the trailer below:

“Money Monster” On Set Pictures

Written by admin on June 08 2015

Caitriona, while on hiatus from Outlander, joined the cast of Money Monster, a financial thriller directed by Jodie Foster and starred by George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

Clooney is set to star as Lee Gates, a bombastic television stock huckster, whose program — Money Monster — and life are taken hostage by an outraged gunman (Jack O’Connell). As much of the world watches live, Gates must keep himself alive and, with help from the woman who produces the show (Roberts), uncover the truth behind a tangle of big-money lies.

Balfe will play the head of PR for the company whose stock bottomed, causing the life’s savings of O’Connell’s character to be wiped out.

I have added in our gallery some pictures of Caitriona on set in New York back in April 12:

There’s no release date yet for the film.
